AWARD WINNERS
Kelburn Castle
One of the oldest castles in Scotland, owned by the Boyle family since the 12th Century. This project took over 3 years to complete. The work involved the complete stripping of all Scottish slates, laid aside for re-use then supplying a make up for the deficiency. Replace all old rotten timber joists and sarking, replacement of all lead in a code 7/8 sheet lead, and complete cast iron rainwater system renewal.
The project was in the top 5 in the National RCI Roofing Awards.
